A verified agent taps “Claim” on your perk in the SifuProperty app. They get a unique voucher — no cost to you.

The member taps “Use now” and shows you a green “Redeemed” confirmation with the time and voucher code. Nothing for your staff to install, log in to, or scan.

The plain-English terms between your business and SifuProperty. A formal electronic agreement reflecting these terms is signed by both parties in your merchant portal.
1. Free partnership
Joining and staying in the SifuProperty Member Perks programme is free. SifuProperty charges merchants no listing fees, no commissions and no per-redemption charges.
2. You own your offer
The merchant decides the discount percentage, eligible products or services, usage limits, voucher validity and any start/end dates — and may edit or pause offers at any time from the merchant portal. Changes apply to vouchers claimed after the change; already-claimed vouchers remain valid on their original terms until they expire.
3. Honouring vouchers
The merchant agrees to honour valid, unexpired vouchers presented in-store (or as otherwise stated in the offer terms) at the advertised discount. If an offer is paused, vouchers claimed before the pause remain redeemable until their printed expiry.
4. Accurate offers
Offers must be genuine and accurately described — no bait advertising, and no conditions materially worse than displayed on the platform. SifuProperty may decline or unpublish offers that mislead members.
5. Verified audience
Perks are shown to SifuProperty members — primarily LPPEH-registered property agents verified on the platform. Vouchers carry unique serials and QR codes; the merchant may verify each redemption by scanning before granting the discount.
6. Activation & review
New merchant listings go live after a short review by SifuProperty. A simple electronic partnership agreement is signed by both parties in the merchant portal before or shortly after activation.
7. Brand use
The merchant permits SifuProperty to display its brand name, logo and offer details on the platform and in marketing of the perks programme. SifuProperty permits the merchant to state that it is a SifuProperty perks partner.
8. Data & privacy
SifuProperty does not share members' personal data with merchants. Merchants see aggregate claim/redemption statistics and store-verified redemption events in their dashboard. Both parties comply with the PDPA in respect of any personal data they handle.
9. Termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time with notice via the portal or in writing. On termination the merchant's offers are unpublished; vouchers already claimed remain redeemable until their expiry or 30 days after termination, whichever is earlier.
10. Liability
The merchant remains responsible for its own products, services, pricing and regulatory compliance. SifuProperty provides the platform "as is" and is not a party to the sale between merchant and member.
